Beauty & Health Benefits Of Soy

One of our key ingredients that is featured in many pur~lisse products is soy. When consumed, soy is a good source of fiber, Vitamin B, Calcium, and Omega-3 fatty acids. Soy improves metabolism and is a great form of non-animal protein. You may be familiar with soy as a food- but did you know that there are multiple skin benefits to it as well?
