BLUE LOTUS Sheet Mask Hacks

The Warm - Up

Our masks are meant for the ultimate relaxation to be enjoyed in any season of the year. Although in the middle of winter it's hard to enjoy a cooling mask. Luckily we have a trick to help you use our masks all year long! Warming them up in microwave can help you feel extra comfort in the cold weather while still getting the hydrating properties. Here's how to warm up your sheet mask:

What you'll need:

  • either BLUE LOTUS + White Tea or Seaweed Mask
  • A small microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave

Directions:

First open the package, without undoing the mask. Stick it in the mask into the bowl, and make sure to add all the serum into the bowl. Put it in the microwave on HIGH for 10 seconds. This should be just long enough for the mask to warm up, without the serum drying up. Once removed the mask will give off a little steam but will cool down as you unwrap it. Pop it on ASAP to fully enjoy the heat! If you're looking for a little more intense heat you can put a mask in for at most, 15 seconds.

The Cool - Down

Heat not your thing? Looking for more of a chill down? You can get the ultimate soothing experience by cooling your mask in the fridge. This is an easy way to feel the intense spa experience while relaxing at home.

Directions:

Before work stick your mask in the fridge and when you come back home you can pop it on for instant relaxation! Short on time? You can put your mask in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, just don't forget to take it out!

BLUE LOTUS 4-in-1 Eye-Adore Serum

Looking for a more intensive eye treatment? Use our Eye Adore serum to make your own DIY eye masks! This makes for a perfect weekly ritual, or a fast way to relieve some puffiness.

What you'll need:

  • 4-in-1 Eye Adore Serum
  • Ruler
  • Scissors
  • Paper towels

Directions:

First, you're going to want to measure the area beneath your eye to find out how long side of the pad. Once measured you can trace out the shape on one side of the paper towel, we found that making a triangle was the best shape for this. Once you're happy with the shape, fold the paper towel in half and with clean scissors cut the shape out. Now you're going to quickly soak the pads in water, and it works well with either cold or hot water. Squeeze out the water and your pads are ready for the serum! Use half a pump and rub them together to spread the product evenly. Pop them on and you're done! We recommend leaving them on for 2-5 minutes.
