Whether you’re working from home or just taking a long, isolated home vacation, we all need a good pick me up. Here is a good way to get your Matcha kick in for the day, and have a yummy breakfast all at the same time!
1. Matcha Latte
Keep it simple with a classic that never gets old. Whisk the Matcha powder with some hot water and honey for extra sweetness, and pour it on top of your milk of choice. My personal favorite is Oat Milk, but you can customize it to your liking.
2. Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
This is great if you need something on the go. It takes all of 5 minutes to mix the ingredients together, and then you let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour. The longer you leave it in, the more the chia seeds will absorb the liquids and the thicker it will be! Top it off with any ingredient you choose. Our personal favorite is coconut yogurt, and bananas!
3. Matcha Pancakes
Get creative with it! This is a fun but easy experiment that can make a great dessert, or a great breakfast. Feel free to add your favorite fruits and some coconut whip cream. Drool!
