We gathered some tips that we always do to make sure our skin is feeling smooth and looking supple. Your skin is your canvas and you need to take care of it.
Treat your skin before bed- Get into the habit of keeping a lip balm next to your bed and applying it before going to bed. You will wake up with super soft lips! Exfoliate- Want to know the secret to achieving healthy and glowing skin? The answer is to EXFOLIATE. When you exfoliate properly you will remove the barrier of dead skin cells that are clogging your skin from making fresh new cells. When you open the barrier you are opening a passage for moisturizers to penetrate more deeply into the skin. Simply, exfoliation removes dry and dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and must be done properly to achieve smooth skin. Exfoliate at least 1-2 times a week.
