June is National Fresh Fruit & Veggie Month, and we're doing everything we can to include fresh produce into our diet. Not only does it make us feel our best, the health benefits are amazing! Keep reading to find out Founder/Creator Jennifer Yen's 10 ingredient smoothie for beautiful skin, featuring fresh fruit and veggies! 

Jennifer's 10 Ingredient Skin Loving Smoothie for 2:
handful of almonds
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup of organic kale
1 cup of organic frozen blueberries
1 cup organic frozen cherries
1 tbsp vegan protein powder
1 1/2 cups of coconut water
1 cup of coconut milk
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth & serve. Sip your way to beautiful skin.
There are many health and skin benefits in this smoothies ingredients. Almonds provide protein and fiber, Avocado is a healthy fat, Greek Yogurt is a source of probiotics, Chia Seeds have Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Kale has great fiber and zero fat. The blueberries & cherries are full of antioxidants, while coconut milk and water add a boost of hydration. Who could resist all of those health benefits in a great-tasting smoothie?
