Our creator and founder, Jennifer Yen shares her homemade soup recipe that was created with items in her pantry and for a love of ramen, but incorporating Soba noodles instead because it is a healthy alternative.

Soba Ramen Soup Recipe
1. Boil Soba Noodles for up to 3 minutes
It usually refers to thin noodles made from buckwheat flour, or a combination of buckwheat and wheat flours. * A healthy alternative to ramen noodles
2. Saute green onions and shitake mushrooms for 1 minute in the same pan you boiled the soba noodles in
3. Take your Bok Choy (chinese cabbage) and Saute
4. Add organic chicken broth and extra seasoning including Umami and Ginger for a savory taste
5. Add green parts of the bok choy, corn, and any other vegetables
6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes
7. Separate Soba Noodles in bowls with a boiled egg and add broth to each bowl
8. Garnish with green onion and seaweed
9. Voila! You have a delicious homemade soup😋
